Refund and Returns Policy
概述
Overview
依據消費者保護法第19條規定內容,通訊交易可享受七天猶豫期權利(非試用期)。在您收到商品的隔日起算七日內,您可以檢視商品外觀是否有任何毀損。如果自商品送達之隔日起已過7天,我們將無法為您提供退款或更換服務。
Based on consumer protection law article 19, our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase delivered (the day of product delivered will not be count torward the 7 days), we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
退貨條件
Conditions for Returns
要符合退貨資格,您的商品必須未使用且與您收到時的狀態相同。商品還必須保持原包裝,並附有所有原始配件、證書和保修卡。
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original accessories, certificates, and warranty cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Within seven days of receving the product, please call customer service at (04)-2262-3116 to contact a representative:
- 退貨時需確認退回商品的完整性
When returning the item, please ensure the completeness of the returned product. - 包含商品本體、退貨事項確認卡、隨附文件、贈品都需一併退回
This includes the product itself, return confirmation card, accompanying documents, and any free gifts, all of which must be returned. - 確認配送商品及贈品均為吊牌未剪之全新商品
Ensure that the delivered items and gifts are all new products with tags intact and not cut. - 經確認商品已經拆封使用或者發生有商品包裝無法復原的狀況,將無法為您的訂單進行退貨
If the product has been opened or used, or if the packaging is damaged and cannot be restored, your return request will not be processed.
退款流程
Refunds
一旦我們收到並檢查您的退貨,我們將通過電子郵件通知您已收到退貨商品。我們將通知您退款的批准或拒絕。如果獲得批准,您的退款將被處理,並在一定天數內自動應用到您的信用卡或原始付款方式。
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
延遲或缺失的退款
Late or Missing Refunds
如果您尚未收到退款,請首先再次檢查您的銀行賬戶。然後聯繫您的信用卡公司,可能需要一些時間才能正式發布退款。接下來,聯繫您的銀行。通常在退款發布之前會有一些處理時間。如果您已完成所有這些步驟但仍未收到退款,請通過電子郵件與我們聯繫。
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@MiraVistaWatches.com.
更換商品
Exchanges
我們僅在商品有缺陷或損壞時更換。如果您需要更換相同的商品,請通過電子郵件與我們聯繫,並將您的商品寄送至商店地址。
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@MiraVistaWatches.com and send your item to one of our store location after receiving confirmation from us.
禮品
Gifts
如果商品在購買時被標記為禮品並直接寄送給您,您將收到一張等值的禮品卡。一旦收到退回的商品,禮品卡將郵寄給您。如果商品在購買時未被標記為禮品,或禮品贈送者將訂單寄送給自己以便稍後贈送給您,我們將向禮品贈送者退款,他們將得知您的退貨。
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
退貨運費
Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to one of the store address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
